5 bet Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

To open an account at 5 bet, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and your own — accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time. Each user may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. It is your own responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure, and they should not be shared with third parties. 5 bet may request a national ID or other documents at any time for identity verification, and some services may be restricted until verification is complete.

5 bet's services may only be used for lawful and personal entertainment purposes; using them for commercial purposes or placing bets on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited. Any attempt at fraudulent activity, use of software bots, or system manipulation on the platform will result in immediate account closure. Respectful conduct toward other users must be maintained, and harassment or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated. The platform's content, logos, designs, or any intellectual property elements may not be used or reproduced without permission. 5 bet reserves the right to modify the terms of service at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) and the terms and conditions of the applicable payment method will apply. Deposited funds must come only from your own bank account or mobile banking; deposits via third parties are not accepted. Withdrawal requests may take a set amount of time to process, and withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. Accepting bonuses and promotional offers requires fulfilling the associated wagering conditions, which will be clearly stated in the details of each offer. If money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected, 5 bet reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and investigate the account.

5 bet accepts limited liability for damages caused by technical errors on the platform, server outages, or failures of third-party services. If a dispute arises over the outcome of a bet, please contact our support team first and provide a detailed description of the issue. All dispute resolutions will be governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh, and both parties will endeavor to reach a resolution through discussion. Users use the platform voluntarily and at their own risk, and 5 bet is not responsible for financial losses arising from gaming. Both parties agree that the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka shall apply to any legal matters.

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team, and the process is generally completed within 72 hours. In the event of a terms violation, 5 bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. If there is any valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned subject to verification, however bonus balances will be forfeited. The applicable portions of these terms and conditions will remain in effect even after account closure.
